Why I Created The Elevated Cowgirl

The Elevated Cowgirl

When I turned 40, my life flipped upside down. I won't get into all the details here, but the truth is—I was burnt out. Like, full-on sweatpants, everything-can-burn-and-I-wouldn't-care burnt out.

After sitting in the wreckage for a while, I began the slow, messy journey back to myself.

I dug in and did some major inner work. I searched high and low for anything that would move the needle. Slowly but surely, I found healing modalities, therapies, tools, and perspective shifts that helped me grow and honor myself again. And now? I care again.

I learned so much on my journey, and I want to share these valuable insights with y'all. That's how The Elevated Cowgirlwas born—a collection of hard-won wisdom.

You don't have to be a cowgirl to walk this road. If you're craving more joy, more purpose, more freedom, more you—you're in the right place.

With Love and Dust,
Kay
